RETURN POLICY

RETURN

We apply a 7 day return policy when you purchase through www.accrue.kr. Proof of purchase must be submitted and the product packaging fully intact for a return.
For returns after the exercising of a right of cancellation or as a result of defects, the customer is requested to proceed as follows:

1. Please send your return enquiry including a description of the defect or a statement of your request for cancellation to info@accrue.localstar.co.kr

2. The product must be packaged in the original packaging (this shall only apply in case of cancellation in due time), the original shipping packaging or similar damage-resistant packaging, so that the original packaging of the product is not damaged. All of the product parts must be included.

The package may be returned from any post office branch to this given recipient address:

REFUND

We will refund in 7 days after the items delivers to the address of ACCRUE.
*refund for the item price minus the shipping charge

 

REPAIR

ACCRUE warrants that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.
If your product needs repair, we recommend you visit the retailer who sold the product to you. Your retailer will assess the problem and propose you the best solution.
Should you not have the possibility to contact your retailer, you may contact info@accrue.localstar.co.kr
Repair cost depends on parts and conditions and the shipping cost for repair should be paid by customer.

ACCRUE is not responsible for any delivery accident caused by your carelessness.
